- Louis XVI style. Marquetry table. Rectangular table with a folding top. The lower edges of the table are inlaid with bands; the legs are square in cross-section. The top can be folded in the middle and is attached with a hinge that can be turned so that the tabletop can be placed open on the legs of the unit to enlarge the table.
