- Red and blue thread embroidery on off-white canvas; various decorative lines and details; the pattern is divided into six techniques and darning stitches, some of which are in red and blue thread. A paper label is attached to each of the three lower embroideries. The labels are marked in red handwriting with the use of the various darning techniques. Labels from left to right (translated from German): ‘Simple grid fabrics’, ‘Damask fabrics’ and ‘Twill fabrics.
